Flexible mesh fencing: Installation by concreting
Step 1: Start by taking measurements of the ground. Drive stakes at both ends of the location where you wish to set up your fence.
Step 2: Connect the 2 posts with a string and drive a stake every two meters (intermediate posts).
Step 3: Prepare holes 30 cm in diameter and 50 cm deep, starting from the location of the first post, then every 2 meters (center-to-center of the holes).
Step 4: Concrete all the posts in place using a chalk line (for alignment).
Step 5: Concrete the strut posts at the beginning, at the end, and every 20 m of fencing. Place the strut posts 50 cm from the post.
Expert tip No. 1: Use strut post bolts for optimal fastening.
Step 6: Pass the tension wires through the holes in the posts. Attach a tensioner to each wire, starting from the first post.
Expert tip No. 2: Use tensioners at the beginning, at the end, and every 20 m to properly tighten the wires.
Step 7: Hook the beginning of the roll to the first post.
Step 8: Gradually unroll your flexible mesh fencing. Take care to staple it every 25 cm onto the well-tightened wires.
