How do you install your wooden fence?

1. Installing the rigid mesh fencing:Depending on the type of ground that will support your fence, you can choose between different installation methods. Base-plated, set in concrete, or on a slope—our video tutorials will guide you through your project.
2. Installing the wooden slatsStep 1:Insert the 2 end slats by sliding them into the ends of the panel from top to bottom.
Step 2:Install the triangular profiles by sliding them inside the panel’s V-profiles. Slide the two parts of the triangular profile towards each other to hide the gap between them.
Step 3:Place all the intermediate vertical slats from top to bottom, as in step 1.
Step 4:Nail the vertical slat to the horizontal slat behind it using a manual nailer.
Alternatives to wooden slats
There are other solutions for marking out your garden with wood.
- The wooden panel is very popular thanks to its wide choice of wood types: light, dark, or “green” wood—there is something for everyone! Installed with posts, these panels can partition off an area in your garden and secure it.
- For a more rustic look at a lower price, you can opt for natural privacy screens such as reed screening. Reed screens can be made from pine bark or split reeds. They are very quick and easy to install! Staples are enough to attach them to a balcony railing or to your mesh fencing.
