For best results and long-lasting stability, we recommend pairing these slats with our rigid fence panels, which can be installed in concrete, on mounting plates, or on a wall.
Our composite slats are universal and fit any standard rigid mesh panel.
Each slat is made from a blend of wood and plastic, offering excellent durability for your privacy fence. The composite material is lightweight and easy to install.
Unlike traditional wood slats, composite slats won't warp or shift over time and are more weather-resistant thanks to their plastic content. If you're looking for an environmentally conscious option, our composite fence slats are made from recycled and recyclable materials.
With their long lifespan, you won't need to replace your privacy screen frequently. For example, if you choose a 6.5 ft (2 m) high composite kit, you won't have to replace it every few years.

How to Install Your Composite Fence Kit:
Here's a step-by-step guide to installing your composite fence slats. Don't worry—it's straightforward! Start by attaching the aluminum finishing rail along the bottom horizontal bar of your fence. Next, weave the slats one by one between the horizontal wires. Simply slide each slat into the panel. Place the narrower end slats at each side of the panel. Finally, secure the top aluminum finishing rail along the upper horizontal bar. Be sure to follow the installation guidelines for composite slats.

If you prefer a similar look at a lower cost, check out our PVC privacy slats. While more affordable, they may not last as long as composite.
