How to install wooden privacy slats
Recommendations: Pre-drill the cross rails at each end before screwing to prevent splitting. You may need to trim the cross rails during installation.
Install the horizontal cross rails into the folds of the mesh. Slide and secure the end and middle slats. Insert each slat into the fence mesh and fasten everything with screws (not included).

These wooden privacy slats are compatible with rigid fence panels featuring a 200x55 mm mesh and a 21 mm bend. They fit perfectly on 8.2 ft wide rigid mesh fences with either clip or slotted posts. Each privacy slat kit includes horizontal rails to ensure secure installation on your existing fence.
A standard privacy slat kit includes 43 intermediate slats and 2 special end slats designed for clip-on posts, totaling 45 slats to fully cover a 2.5m panel. This quantity ensures complete privacy coverage, with horizontal support rails included in each kit.
Slide each slat into the mesh openings of your rigid fence panel, starting from the top. Secure the slats to the horizontal rails using screws. Begin by placing the end slats next to the clip-on posts, then insert the remaining slats one by one to ensure an even color and consistent privacy coverage.
