Adding privacy slats increases wind resistance. For tall fences or exposed locations, we recommend using post reinforcements. These are easy to install on concreted posts, either during initial setup or as an upgrade, and provide extra stability for a long-lasting, worry-free fence.

How to Install Your Rigid Fence Kit with Wooden Slats

Start by placing the V-shaped profiles into the bends of your rigid panel before inserting the slats. This step ensures perfect alignment for your privacy slats. Slide the 43 profiles (46 mm wide) vertically between the mesh wires, keeping spacing even for a uniform look.

Finish by installing the two narrow end profiles (end slats) for the mesh near the posts. Secure each slat to the horizontal rails using stainless steel nails and a stapler to ensure they stay in place through all weather conditions.
