If you are located within the transport radius of a Districlos store, your order will be prepared directly in the nearest store. Throughout the process, you will receive notifications by email to keep you informed of your order’s progress in the warehouse.

Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email that it is ready for delivery. We recommend providing a valid email address during your order so that we can notify you this way.

At this stage, our delivery drivers work on loading the truck for delivery in the coming days. Delivery rounds are scheduled regularly across different departments served by a store. This system ensures a 10 to 15-day lead time for the delivery of your order.

Upon delivery, a distribution truck will arrive at the address provided during your order. Your presence is required to assist the driver in unloading your order, which will be placed at the property boundary. If you have chosen the unloading option in your garden, the driver will handle placing your order directly in the desired location.

Fence transport without a nearby branch

If you are not located within the delivery zone of a Districlos store, your order will be prepared in our national warehouse located in Burgundy. Throughout the process, you will receive email notifications to keep you informed of your order’s progress.

Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email. When the order is loaded onto the truck, the status will be updated to indicate it is “out for delivery.” The carrier then has up to 15 days to complete the delivery of your order. Delivery will be made by a semi-trailer with side unloading.
