Omega 20 Fence Clips

Omega 20 staples are compatible with several stapler models: the Baby Grafer 16/20 for standard use, the Top Grafer 20/22 with a 50-staple magazine for faster work, and the Power Grafer, which can be attached to a drill/driver for larger projects. Each box of staples lists the recommended compatible stapler models.

For secure installation, use 4 clips per meter of wire mesh, spacing them about every 10 inches. This ensures the mesh is firmly attached to the tension wires. With a box of 1,000 clips, you can cover approximately 250 meters of fencing.

Omega 16 staples are made with 1.3 mm diameter wire, while Omega 20 staples use 2 mm wire for greater strength. Omega 16 staples are suitable for light to medium-duty mesh fencing, whereas Omega 20 staples are better for applications that require extra durability. Each box typically contains 1,250 Omega 16 staples and 1,000 Omega 20 staples.

Your choice depends on your environment and the look you want. Galvanized staples provide natural corrosion resistance and are a budget-friendly option. Coated versions (green, gray, white) offer better weather protection and blend in with your fence color for a more subtle appearance. Each box lists the available finish so you can select what best fits your needs.

We recommend spacing Omega 20 clips no more than 12 inches apart to ensure your wire mesh is securely fastened. This spacing helps distribute tension evenly and prevents sagging between attachment points. A box of 1,000 clips is typically enough for large fencing projects.
